Return/Refund policy

Sauna Elite, will only exchange products for others of equivalent value. No money will be issued as compensation for our products under any circumstance.

The warranty provided by Sauna Elite applies to failures that are the result of defects in the manufacturing process. The warranty is not transferable and is valid for 1 year after the initial sale. A sales receipt from Sauna Elite with a date must be provided. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse of the product or incorrect installation.

Delivery policy

Shipping times can vary from 1 to 3 weeks depending on the options selected and your location. We ship only within the continental US and Canada.

Your personal information will not be sold to any third party. Transfer of sensitive information is encrypted with a secure certificate issued by GoDaddy. Sauna Elite reserves the right to contact you periodically regarding our products and services, although you can request to opt-out.
